Obvious #a11y statement of the day: The fact that other apps might not be accessible is not a justification for *your* app not to be accessible. Rather, it’s a space for you to set yourself apart, innovate and gain users!

I use #gnusocial because it is what I like. The accesibility is pretty much perfect for people using screen readers, and @mmn is quick to fix any #a11y problems. but I certainly don't have any problem with any other service. I mean we're all in this together right? Lol Everything should federate with everything else. Friendship should know no borders. Now, if only we could get this concept through to the people running Twitter and Facebook, maybe they could learn to federate too. >:-)}
