I'd never heard of stow until now and wish I had before I wrote my giant dotfiles bash script installer that does pretty much what stow does.

@bob @ekaitz_zarraga @david_ross I'm curious about the criticism of Pinker. I've been working through Better Angels on my road trips, and my nature is to always want to hear the best a counter argument to any affirmative argument that I hear.

@ekaitz_zarraga I didn't know about his Crafting Interpreters book. I'll need to look into it.

He had one chapter in programming patterns dealing with creating a scripting language for your game which was enticing.
