I went down the ? hole of "human design" which turned out to be a cult created by a rich charlatan who decided money and fame wasn't enough and he needed to dominate people's mental space as well.

This is why humanity fails, no one ever accepts their true nature of being a selfish replication machine that seeks to dominate all in its path. People would rather found yet another fake religion than accept the fact that they are a piece of shit with no hope of redemption.

It's annoying that software is so full of dogma. It's ironic that the one place where experiments are cheap is also the same place that is most religious. So next time, instead of listening to a "thought" leader just do a small prototype and see how it works out.

In short, if you're a software engineer then do more science and less religion and evangelism.
