ok. so when i get shortness of breath and this weird feeling like something is pressing my chest, then it is anxiety. take meds. good. helps.

restlessness is NOT anxiety. not being able to concentrate is not anxiety. it's probably adhd lurking. moving my legs and changing position every two minutes is not anxiety. anxiety meds will only make me sleepy. and more restless. not good.

i have issues with both the asexual and the non-binary flags.i don't like purple.

the agender flag at least has some cool green.

picking gender based on the best looking flag.
