field 596 is the accumulated since each 00, 06, 12, 18 step so the f007 is from 06 to 07, f016 is from 12 to 16, etc. So, every 6h the acpc is the beginning of a new 'cycle'.
Field 597 is the accum from the start of the forecast.
Have a look to the inventory files (idx).

You get people producing content about stuff they know nothing about b/c it’s a trending topic—ideally with an incendiary slant: X is OVER! Y is the FUTURE! You’re doing Z WRONG! N tools/packages you MUST be using!

You get an endless stream of the most basic, repetitive, unoriginal 🤯 stuff b/c there’s an endless supply of beginners.

YouTube is particularly guilty of those, but social media threads & conf talks are competing HARD.
