We're now designing menus for Christmas celebrations and I'm trying to introduce dishes free of animal products.

Thanks to @ekaitz_zarraga now I have an irrigation olla to water the dry part of one of the vegetable beds.

It can hold about 750 ml of water that it'll transfer to the surrounding soil through the walls of the pot as the buried part has no enamel.

I've been baking sourdough bread for more than a decade now, but sometimes I just want to bake a quick yeasted bread. In this case, it's yellow because it's made of semolina.

I started in 2021 pruning a branch that the wind broke with the telescopic shears.

It's hotter now than in summer and the wind has been very strong lately.

Now that the summer garden is going nicely, I'm planning the fall and winter one.

I'm thinking of keep growing beetroot, since the results were fantastic in this climate, and add some greens and some more roots.

What do you grow during the coldest part of the year, dear fellows? I'm curious!

La semana que viene voy a hacer una incursión a la tienda de semillas a ver si tienen algún mix con mizuna, tatsoi y así para hacer ensaladas y alguna raíz rara tipo colinabos.

Si sale bien el experimento, reparto semillas.
