      @ekaitz_zarraga im trying to etch a dummy pcb by electrolysis to see if that'd be a viable way to do it at home instead of messing with acids

      @piggo so you are just plating the piece of copper with more copper and taking the copper from the pcb.

      @ekaitz_zarraga yes! i probably didnt need copper for the negative electrode, but thats what i had on hand, a thick grounding wire

      @ekaitz_zarraga i never quite understood how vias are made. the fr4 is not conductive, why would the copper deposit there?
