    I'm not sure I can find the extract for sale here, I thought they meant anise seeds, these are easy enough to get. Though, important question: is it "small seeds" anise, or star anise?

      @piggo That recipe is from a famous cook. She uses anís but that's an alcoholic drink made with the "small seeds" anise.
      @eider uses essence instead. The essence only needs some drops to work, and it's not alcoholic.

      Licor de anís.

      Also very famous the brand "Anís del mono" which has a demonic monkey in the label that holds a bottle of "Anís del mono" so it's also recursive.

      @ekaitz_zarraga @eider i'll try it, worst that can happen, they won't be anise enough. This ouzo is no extract, but it's pretty strong, i usually dilute it with water (also for the milky effect)

      @piggo @eider wikipedia says ouzo is the name of the anis in greece so it's probably similar.
