    @jeremy
    Sad to hear that, I haven't noticed issues in France for now.
    Regarding the end of your post, though, apart from a hypothetical context where no one cares about privacy or supporting surveillance capitalism, I'm having trouble understanding how SMS or WhatsApp could be considered "fine" ^^"

      @tfardet @jeremy no issues for me in Spain. The experience has been great since the beginning (more than 4-5 years ago).

      I have the feeling that Signal has been less reliable recently than it was before - based on my experience and friends. Lots of notification bugs - no notifications, messages that show up only when I open the app, etc.
      As a consequence I see several "converted" relatives & friends (those who weren't super geeky but were enthusiasted by the app) giving up on it and getting back to SMS or WhatsApp (which are both pretty fine, depending on the context).
      Does it happen to you too? What's going on?
