   We could make an open-access peer review journal without much trouble.
   Host everything using DAT or torrents to keep down hosting costs.
   Maybe actually offer help with copy editing and whatnot. Focus on civil society as much as the pure academic part of things.

   I like this idea.

     @inmysocks I'm thinking heavily about a publishing part of ElenQ called ElenQ Publishing (i'm a creative genius for the names, I know).

     I wanted to put tech books there but this is a great idea too. I'm not really into the academic world, that's why I never considered that but it's also really interesting.
