Does this code ensure the save-to-disk operation is only handled in a single thread?
If I understand correctly: it does.
I understand that this code implements a queue, right?
It receives the action for the swap and changes the global atom with that and persists it to file at the same time but it doesn't get the next action until it finished with the previous one, right?
