     @yaaps @casastorta Looks like the Perl community spent the last 20 years inventing an awesome new language that nobody's using 😞

     Makes me wonder how good Perl 5 could be today if the same effort had gone into it.

     PHP and Python have made great strides, and modern JavaScript is almost unrecognizable.

     Arch just pushed an update to Perl 5.32.
