I'm really happy that #clojure has immutable data structures out of the box.

I wish we can have the same in #scheme one day or maybe in some scheme dialect at least, which is easy to use along with the rest of the ecosystem.

I've been working as a FOSS developer full-time for almost 3 years new and I find it fulfilling, meaningful, enjoyable and just awesome.

Due to forced migration my expenses have increased significantly, my savings aren't infinite either, but I would like to keep working on FOSS full-time and to do so I decided to make an ethical sustainable business.

I don't know how to achieve it yet, but I'll be sharing my journey on the streams.

It's one of the features I would really like to see implemented.

It brings us closer to the bright decentralized future and will make people from my country and other regions with censorship and restrictions to have access to great software.

I'll share a few things, which helps me, maybe you will find them useful:
1. I try not to blame myself and accept the situation.
2. At the moments I have power and desire do small steps in the direction I'm interested or try to make it easier to work in this direction in the future.
3. Walk or do other routines, which doesn't involve cheap dophamine.

It was a pleasant surprise to find that VPS with Ubuntu 21.04 has a guix package.

I can get my cozy PM in just a few keystrokes.

Probably, I'll transform this Ubuntu into Guix System and will be managing it with guix deploy.
