I'll share a few things, which helps me, maybe you will find them useful:
1. I try not to blame myself and accept the situation.
2. At the moments I have power and desire do small steps in the direction I'm interested or try to make it easier to work in this direction in the future.
3. Walk or do other routines, which doesn't involve cheap dophamine.
