guess i should start taking my projects seriously and start making them for other people

my ideal job would be foss game / language dev living in a weird house with a buncha weird people living off of patreon/liberapay/whatever money to fund my work, and not being a corporate slave, no matter how well it pays

regular reminder (especially to #Electron fans) that not caring about your code's performance means that you are excluding poor people from using it

Hey people, I've been noticing the number of posts with alt text going down. It might be because of all the new users who haven't learned about the feature yet, so for them and everyone:

yall should use alt text when uploading images! what are they??? hover over the images to find out! why are they good? the tldr of it is that visually impaired computer users exist and it helps them navigate the INFOBAHN better

so now trying to print it from Word and it doesn't let me do UTF-8

so it's back to pandoc

someone should write a #C compiler that pushes Undefined Behaviour to the extreme and tries to create the worst possible programs
