@charlag @zatnosk I think everybody should be able to consume whatever substance they like to. I don't drink alcohol and I never smoked but, who am I to say people what they should do?

The guns are a complex issue too because if they are forbidden they create inequality between criminals and not criminals. And between police/military and people.

@charlag @zatnosk I don't have guns and I don't like them, don't get me wrong. But I can somehow understand some people's point.
I'm not ok with someone else saying me what I have to do. But at the same time I understand some people (most of the people) need guidance nowadays and we can't remove the institutions from one day to another.
It's complex imo.

@zatnosk @ekaitz_zarraga with weapons it's super tricky. I lived in a authoritative country for 20+ years and I imagined that if someone could have enough power they could change it but I learned that unless you educate the people en masse nothing will change.
Guns won't help against tanks & bombs but education could.

We don't really need to forbid shit if people don't like it by themselves. With the example of the weed I wanted to represent that the population's wishes are more powerful than the law in many cases.
If people hate guns, they are not going to use them regardless they are legal or not.

Is that going to change in the short term just with regulation?
