   @Ninjatrappeur @shevek I mostly agree. That's why I moved to clojure for webdev.

   I prefer python (flask) for this kind of things if I have to use a framework like these.

   I agree in that PHP is cool for accessibility and that's why I also defend JS (it's the PHP of nowadays).

   I posted the toot because many people is still asking for PHP devs because they think it's the only way to code in the server.
   I'm ok with php, but I'm bored of people asking php+mysql.
   They usually add jquery in frontend

     @ekaitz_zarraga Entirely agree with you on that point: nodejs is definitely the new PHP in this regard. Probably nodejs + scratch actually.
     
     Youngsters have been lucky, they can now start learning programming using some nice drag and drop based graphical languages :)
